"Teen Mom" mommy Farrah Abraham has talked to MTV Act before about the importance of protecting yourself from STDs and unplanned pregnancies, and now she's getting involved with another cause. March for Babies, a part of March of Dimes that uses walking to help infant health, has Farrah at its back.
Farrah took to Twitter to tweet:
Honored to be a part of #MarchforBabies305! Follow @MarchofDimes305 for the latest news as we walk for stronger, healthier babies in Miami.

You can check out Farrah's words about preventing pregnancies, but if and when people do decide to have a baby, March of Dimes is here to help. The org's been around since 1938 and it helps women avoid premature births and it screens newborns to monitor their health. Since Farrah's a new mom and has little Sophia to take care of, you can see why this group would catch her interest.
The March for Babies aspect of March of Dimes is all about gathering funds and spreading awareness about keeping newborns healthy. Farrah's going to be strolling in Miami, but there are about 900 other March for Babies walks a person can do, so you don't need to rush to Florida. You know walking's good for you, but sometimes it can be good for other people, too!
