When it comes to Quentin Tarantino, you expect a few things. You expect violence, snappy dialogue and a killer soundtrack. For his newest movie, "Django Unchained," Tarantino promised a western in the style of Sergio Leone, but transplanted to the pre-Civil War South. And if you don't think the first poster delivers on that promise, I'm sorry, but you're dead wrong.
The new poster has a simple graphic design, much in the style of the fan-made art that has been around almost since the movie's announcement. A length of chain hangs down in front of a red background, above the heads of two men, presumably Jaime Foxx's and Christoph Waltz's characters. The poster doesn't feature the title, but tells you just about everything you need to know: "The new film by Quentin Tarantino" and "Christmas."

The teaser is the first thing we've officially seen from the film. Last week, photos from the set revealed the look of Waltz's character, Dr. King Schultz.
