Proud new mama Hilary Duff's is tweetin' up super cute, personal moments with her newborn son Luca Cruz. Have you checked out Hilz's new Twitter avatar? It's a portrait of her adorable family -- awww.

From Instagramming Luca's little feet to sharing the feeling she gets when a peaceful baby is sleeping on her chest, Hilary seems to seriously heart motherhood. On Thursday, the star tweeted some "big news" about how she's spreading her baby love to the masses even more.

The JOHNSON'S Baby Cares platform supports maternal and baby health, and Hilary is helping kick off the new campaign, which is partnering with Save the Children, an org that creates lasting change for children in need. In addition to looking out for the well-being of new babies, the initiative tends to the basic care needs of families during crisis situations. This is done through education programs, product donations and financial aid. As part of the campaign, Hilary will be assembling "Care Kits" to give to families in need after natural disasters occur.
