Demi Lovato and Adam Lambert are literally acting-off (and doing a little singing, we're sure) in the upcoming fifth season of "Glee."

Demi will play a singer named Dani who will befriend Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana (Naya Rivera), while Adam will play Kurt's arch nemesis. We'll have to wait and see who hits all the high notes on the show, but we can decide right now who has the louder voice when it comes to actin' up!

Demi Lovato was one of the first teen idols of our generation to speak up about the importance of mental health and open up about her personal struggles and road to recovery. She's a therapy advocate who encourages fans to embrace the flaws they can't change and address the ones they can. She also participated in Love Is Louder to promote self acceptance. "Glee" story-lines tend to center around real-life teen issues, so we'd love to see Demi's mirror her real-life success story. She says her BFFs helped her through the toughest times, so maybe her character's on-screen friendships with Rachel and Santana could mirror those positive relationships.

"Glee" may be a family-friendly show, but that won't stop Adam Lambert from saying the F word. Adam recently became a spokesperson for the Friend Movement's F Word Campaign, which encourages people to embrace The New F Word: friend. The campaign encourages people to flip bullies off (not literally) but by being better friends to themselves and others. "I took all that hate and judgment I received and channeled it into strength, moving onward and upward, becoming who I am today. That's what resonated with the Friend Movement's New F Word Campaign," said Adam. "It's a rallying cry for channeling all that negative energy from bullies and critics and asserting it into fuel to always be true to yourself."

"Glee" has always celebrated those who stay true to themselves, so it comes as no surprise that Demi and Adam are joining the cast. We can't wait to see which one of them Puck hooks up with first!
