"Delena" fans, get ready to swoon, because Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are about to melt your vampire-loving hearts.

Sure, it's easy to be jealous of Nina Dobrev, but the actress doesn't just spend her time making out with really good-looking guys on "The Vampire Diaries." Dobrev and real-life boyfriend Ian Somerhalder hopped on a plane this weekend to Toronto just to visit a fan.

Earlier in the week Dobrev hinted at the trip, sending this video to 14-year-old Kayla Baker. In it, the actress told Baker, who is a fan of the show, that her character Elena "would be jealous" of how much of a fighter she is. She goes on to note that "as much fighting as we do on the show, Elena will never be as strong as you…or as courageous."

Baker was diagnosed at age 11 with pulmonary fibrosis, a disease which causes the stiffening of the lungs.

She was admitted to the hospital earlier in the month and is waiting on a double lung transplant. Since being diagnosed, she's worked "to promote the issue of organ and tissue donations, joining organizations like the Life Donation Awareness Association."

We love that Nina and Ian took time out of their schedules to film the sweet video. True to their word, the CW stars flew to Toronto and met up with Baker in the hospital on Saturday.
