There's something about Mary Emmas! First it was Emma Stone, and now Emma Watson will receive the second ever Trailblazer Award at this year's MTV Movie Awards.
The award was created to honor young actors who are forging their own, unique paths in the film industry. Emma's role in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" also earned her three nominations this year: Best Female Performer, Best Kiss, and Best Musical Moment. Win or lose, one thing's for sure: She's no Wallflower...although she does sometimes wear them...

Holy Hermione! Emma's all grown up in a series of sexy pics taken by New York-based photographer James Houston. His book, "Natural Beauty," contains nude photos of eco-friendly celebs. It was created to raise funds (and "magic wands") for Global Green USA. Two years ago, Emma joined forces with Italian designer Alberta Ferretti to create eco-friendly clothing line, Pure Threads. "I'm happy to encourage anyone interested in making conscientious clothing from raw, sustainable materials, " she said.

Unlike many Hollywood starlets, Emma is both talented and educated. She mixes coursework at Brown University with her rigorous filming schedule, and eventually hopes to obtain a degree in English Literature. Emma sets a great example for fans, and proves that it is possible to achieve artistic and academic degrees simultaneously. She's also dating a non-celebrity student, which means there's hope for James Franco and I after all!
+ She's The New Cool

Both Emma and the characters she plays redefine what it means to be cool. In "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," her character Sam is a beautiful, confident, free spirit who is totally okay with not sitting at the cheerleaders' lunch table. There are many definitions of cool, and that's what the Trailblazer Award is all about. As Emma Stone said in last year's acceptance speech, "Harness your own originality and what makes you unique...what sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden and it's not. And a lot of the time, it's what makes you great."
