"Transformers 4" might have its leading man, but what about the rest of its cast?

Less than a week after Mark Wahlberg was confirmed for the upcoming "Transformers" movie, a report has come out with details on the supporting cast for the film. It seems like claims that the movie would have a female lead weren't far off, as The Hollywood Reporter has learned that director Michael Bay is casting for the role of Wahlberg's character's daughter.

The Hollywood actresses testing for the role include Abbie Cornish's sister Isabelle Cornish, "The Last Airbender's" Nicola Peltz, Margaret Quallay and Gabriella Wilde. All those are relatively unknown names, but so was Megan Fox when she starred in the first "Transformers."

In addition to the daughter character, Bay is also looking for an actor to play the movie's third lead, the daughter's race car driver boyfriend. Hey, we need someone to drive Bumblebee, right? The actors looking to snag that part include Luke Grimes, Landon Liboiron, Brenton Thwaites, Jack Reynor and fan-favorite Hunter Parrish.

During a recent interview, Bay revealed that "Transformers 4" will take place four years after the events of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," though it will feature a new cast of characters.

"It's going to still have the same lineage. And it's going a full new direction and feels very natural how it's going in that direction," he said.

"Transformers 4" is due in theaters in summer 2014.
