People's Sexiest Man Alive Channing Tatum has a big one. (Big heart, fyi.) The hot-o-meter got turnt up this morning as People just revealed their 2012 pick, and oh my, and it went to Mr. Tatum, aka perfection. Let's take a moment to put our selves back together... Okay, now back to talking about his big one.

Yes, we love him for his sizzling looks but we also admire him for his tremendous charity support. He may have an adorable tough guy image, but little did you know he was all charitable! Okay, okay, let me give you more reasons to love him while you drool over his cover photo.

+ Tree Hugger: Channing is quite the environmental activist and even helped raise millions for the Rainforest Foundation, an org that is helping preserve our world's most intriguing forests. According to Do Something, "70% of Earth's land animals and plants live in forests, and many cannot survive the deforestation that destroys their homes."

+ Cancer Research: Channing lent his stunning face to "The Beauty Book," which helped raise funds for brain cancer research. The book is a collection of all your fave celebs made into one perfect coffee table book AND for a cause!

+ Animal Lover: Channing, along with his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum (a massive animal advocate), took the time to sponsor a giant pig that was rescued by the Gentle Barn. That pig is so big -- totally like 4 of Jenna! Maybe not as big as Channing's, you know, heart.

+ Social Media: One thing we admire about Channing is his ability to use social media to take action. Back in 2011 he joined the Twitchange challenge to help raise funds for soldiers and their families through Operation One in a Lifetime.
