It was more than a year ago when the Berry family was in a car accident that killed both parents and badly injured three children under the age of ten. A number of celebrities have rallied around the orphaned children to help, including Justin Bieber, and he wants to make sure the story doesn't get forgotten as time goes by.
The boy with the owl tattoo Tweeted:
in Houston a year later. still havent forgotten. #ShowYourHearts @berrychildren twitter.com/justinbieber/s…

On July 3, 2011, Joshua and Robin Berry were driving home in Texas from a vacation with their kids Peter, 9, Aaron, 8, and Willa, 6, when another car went into their lane and hit them. The parents were killed. All three kids were hurt, with the two boys becoming paralyzed below the waist. Along with no longer having their parents, the kids also have expensive medical bills.
The kids are being raised by their aunt and uncle. Their aunt has a connection to Justin Bieber, and when JB learned what had happened, he had to get involved. More celebrity support followed, including from Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Britney Spears.
Justin helped launched a website called Show Your Hearts where you can donate to the family and #showyourhearts had also been code on Twitter for Berry family support. Oftentimes when something awful like this happens there's a flurry of people helping out, and then it gradually goes away. Justin's trying to keep the movement to help Peter, Aaron and Willa alive by reminding people of what's happened and guiding them to the website. Thanks JB for showing your big heart. We know that plenty of Beliebers are gonna show love to the fam and hopefully you reading this will too.
