Tonight, Gleeks all over have a reason to celebrate! The fourth season of  "Glee" is back -- and from what we have seen, it could be the best season yet.

From new cast-members to Rachel headed to NYC, we are already Gleeking out by the thought of it all. Although, it got our minds thinking...where have they been this wholeee time?! What did the cast do this summer off-season? We did some investigating and uncovered the deets!

+ First up is Kevin McHale. Kevin is on a mission to end animal homelessness! He recently appeared in a new Peta ad alongside his pooch, Sophie! The ad advocates for the underdogs, and encourages people to adopt -- not to buy -- their next pet. 6 to 8 million cats and dogs will be sent to shelters in the United States and there they await death row unless adopted. How sad is this? We can help change this, like Kevin!

+ Oh Mark Salling, how we adore you! Did you know for Mark's birthday instead of gifts he asked for others to donate to the Wildlife Care of Ventura!? Awwww. *blush* Call me maybe Mark? K, thanks!

+ Cory Monteith and Lea Michele. We have to just list them together because they are the cutest couple EVER. Debate me, I dare ya! They both took home a Do Something Award this summer for TV Star Female And Male for their bad ass charity work. Lea is a pioneer for animal advocacy, while Cory is an ambassador to Richard Branson's Virgin Unite! Ahhh, what a philanthropic power-couple!

+ Next on our list is my fave, Jenna Ushkowitz. With a book in the works and her debut clothing line that she revealed this summer, she is workin' it gurl! If that wasn't enough to make you feel lazy, she is now opening up her closet for a cause! The auction will benefit Oceana and begins Monday September 17th at 10am PST.

+ Last but never least is Amber Riley. Amber got a bit political on us (which we love) and recently sang at the Democratic National Convention. Wow, can that gurlll sing! Bravo, Amber! And bravo to everyone!
