Ashley Benson and Shay Mitchell aren't just co-stars on "Pretty Little Liars" -- they're also companions in doing some good for the world! Shay is a mega supporter of the Somaly Mam Foundation, which fights human trafficking, and Ashley used Twitter to help out her friend's mission.

It's estimated that there are millions of slaves worldwide. We don't know for sure how many slaves there are, but we do know that even one is too many. Shay talks about going to a rescue shelter in Cambodia and being inspired by the women and children there who'd been taken out of slavery.

So last year 18 for 18 got up and running, with people skydiving 18,000 feet to raise $18,000 to combat human trafficking. This year will have another skydiving extravaganza, but this time around they're trying to raise $50,000 for the Somaly Mam Foundation. The skydiving will happen on August 18 (well, of course 18) in Santa Barbara.

If you're not in the area or don't have a stomach for heights, no worries (and I totally feel ya). You can still donate at Stay Classy's website to help Shay with funds. If Stay Classy sounds familiar, it should -- the fourth annual Classy Awards are happenin' September 21 and 22. Shay has worked to help the Somaly Mam Foundation before, and let's give her a hand as she shows support again for this great org. And kudos to Ash for her help too!
