Was does Minka Kelly do when she's not starring in music videos with Adam Levine, going on dates with Captain America (Or maybe she's not?!) or acting in Oscar-buzzing films like "The Butler?" Giving back in Africa. Duh!
First she shared this photo on Instagram and Twitter with the message, "#Tbt when we broke out into dance in the middle of a field in Africa. Favorite place in the world w my favorite people Barrett & Rachel @mochaclub #IneedAfricaMoreThanAfricaNeedsMe":

Then she shared this photo with the message, "My friend Benson who leads the project work in Kenya for all the women who are HIV+ @livefashionABLE @mochaclub #investinawoman #tbt":

HIV/AIDS is something that affects people around the globe, but the percentage of people with HIV/AIDS is especially high in Africa. About 70% of all the people who have HIV are living in sub-Saharan Africa.
There are different ways to combat the spread of HIV, including better education and access to protection. It's also important to break people out of poverty, because there's a vicious cycle going on. That's why it's so cool to see Minka talk about Mocha Club and fashionABLE.
Mocha Club aids Africans in helping Africans, including having clean water projects and projects to help with education. fashionABLE, meanwhile, is all about helping Africans (especially women) start and keep sustainable businesses. You can buy products from the FashionABLE website, and when you do, you're helping businessmen and businesswomen in Africa thrive in their career and have better access to important things like education and doctors. As Minka shows, every day is a good day to share kindness. And if she has time to do it, we all do!
