Angelina Jolie has to be part superhero! Lets get real, just a month after Angelina went public with her brave New York Times op-ed piece, the Academy Award winning actress has been spotted all the way across the world, meeting with refugees who have fled from a country that has been making headlines daily - Syria. 

As today is World Refugee Day, Angie is bringing some much needed attention to a serious and heartbreaking reality for nearly 1.6 million Syrian's who have fled the country in the last 6 months. Leaving their homes behind, many of these refugees packed up all they had in order to get out of this self-destructing country.

Angelina opened up about the purpose of this trip by revealing it was, "to show support for Syria's refugees, to call on the world to address their plight, and to better understand needs in Jordan and other countries in the region most directly affected by this devastating conflict."

Angelina told the UNHCR, "The worst humanitarian crisis of the 21st century is unfolding in the Middle East today. By the end of this year half of Syria's population – ten million people – are expected to be displaced and in desperate need." The solution to end this may be a bit complicated, but what the country does need is a continue supply of humanitarian aid.
