The London 2012 Summer Olympic Games have come and gone. There were plenty of golden moments, like the American women's soccer team clinching one of 46 gold medals for the U.S. team. But which 10 athletic performances made our list of the most change-making moments?
+ Michael Phelps' Gazilion Gold Medals

With 19 gold medals, Michael Phelps is officially the most decorated Olympian of all time. Swaggie! The only thing more swaggie would be if he melts them down to make 19 custom grills. Now that he's conquered the athletic world, Michael is turning his focus to charity, teaching kids to swim and stay active with his Michael Phelps Foundation.
+ Caster Semenya's Big Day

South African runner Caster Semenya made a triumphant silver medal return to the track this summer after being forced to undergo gender tests after her 2009 World Championship win. Girl was so fast, some haters just couldn't believe it!

The Spice Girls reunited for the closing ceremonies, and all we wanna know is where can we find the unicorn tears they must be drinking to stay looking so young? Have they aged at all since 1999?! The girls plan on auctioning off their most iconic outfits for charity at a gala for their upcoming musical "Viva Forever."

A stubbed toe is enough to stop me dead in my tracks, but U.S. runner Manteo Mitchell broke his leg mid 4X400 relay...and kept running! His determination helped the men's team place in the finals. That's the American spirit!
+ Olympic Hunger Summit

British Prime Minister David Cameron is using the Olympics to spotlight world hunger, hosting a summit with global leaders and athletes to discuss the issue. "We are thinking about the next medal, but there are millions of children around the world thinking, 'Am I going to get my next meal?'" he told ITV1.

Olympic favorite Danell Leyva brought his fierce performance to the 2012 London Olympics winning a bronze medal in individual men's gymnastics all-around, but what impressed us the most is the inspiration he brought to the floor. During his competition he rocked a green Donate Life bracelet in honor of his friend and gymnast Omar Moreno.

Oscar Pistorius, a South African paralympic athlete, was one Olympian that captured hearts all over the world. Known by many as the Blade Runner, Oscar is redefining possibility -- giving others who may face obstacles an abundance of hope. Although he didn't medal, he forever made a mark on history.
+ Gabby Douglas Goes Gold!

Oh my, Gabby Douglas is an endless bundle of love and radiates such passion we just love her so much! In addition to scoring a gold medal in team competition, Gabby became the first African-American and first woman of color to win the women's all-around gymnastics title AND the first American gymnast to win both the team and individual gold medals at the same Olympics. What a huge accomplishment this is, and um, she's only 16 years old! Congrats Gabby!
+ Tom Daley, Bronze Over Bullies

With success often comes some attention (sometimes unwanted and rude), and Britain's very own Tom Daley sadly knows all about this. A 17-year-old was arrested for bullying him, but that didn't distract this all-star -- he moved forward winning the bronze in 10m individual platform competition! Such a talented young lad and nice on the eyes, eh?
+ Women Sprint Toward Full Equality

For the first time in history, women were represented in every country's Olympic team! Runner Sarah Attar and judoka Wojdan Shaherkani were the first two women to ever represent Saudi Arabia. Love seeing boundaries being broken and progress unfolding right on our telly!
