Kelly Osbourne has a new look with Usher! Well, what I mean to say is that she's gotten involved with Usher's foundation New Look, which is all about youth empowerment and helping young people find inspiring role models.

Kelly recently gave a speech at Usher's World Leadership Conference and was psyched to be involved. She Tweeted:

Sounds like the feeling of love is mutual. Usher sent Kelly some flowers and she showed us a picture on instagram. Awww!

This is Usher's third World Leadership Conference, though his New Look foundation has been around since 1999. He didn't call it "New Look" because he's talking about makeovers or anything -- it refers to a new look on life. Usher was sad to see kids in bad circumstances who couldn't see a brighter future for themselves and he wanted to help change that with positive role models.

Kelly's had some rough times in the past, including a struggle with drug addiction, but the radically changed Osbourne daughter told her audience, "Don't give up on yourselves. I'm the perfect example of how you can change."

She has made big strides in the past few years, and that might be why Usher reached out to her. Kelly just talked for fifteen minutes, but it was def enough to get her audience feeling empowered to take charge of their lives. One girl even got a hug from Kelly!

It was a good time all around, and, on top of that, it sounds like Usher's having a great week. Why wouldn't he be, with his album Looking 4 Myself at the #1 spot? Now that's a good look for Usher.
