Disney fans all over are celebrating this week with the newly released photo of Sleeping Beauty's evil nemesis, Maleficent, played by none other than Angelina Jolie herself. She joins the likes of actresses Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron and more who have made astonishing Disney transformations. "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most charitable of them all?"

Maleficent is the sorceress, the antagonist, and the villain that many despise, but to Angelina Jolie it was always her favorite growing up. She told MTV in 2010, "I would love to [make "Maleficent"]. It's all new and being discussed, but I loved her when I was a little girl, she was my favorite." But a sleeping beauty she is not -- beauty, yes; sleeping, no! She's quite the active mom, wife, actress, AND philanthropist. Just this week, she helped organize global efforts for the UN's World Refugee Day as Special Envoy of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

From one evil character to the next! This summer, we saw Charlize Theron take on a darker role, as the Queen in "Snow White and The Huntsman," Universal Pictures' new take on the Disney classic. Charlize played the character of the evil Queen, and how great did she look? Dark, cold, and completely fitting the part perfect -- howeverrr, she is quite the antithesis in real life. In fact, she runs her own charity called Charlize Africa Outreach and is on a mission to end HIV/AIDS.

In Tim Burton's remake of "Alice in Wonderland," Anne Hathaway stepped onto the big screen playing the White Queen. Just like in real life, Anne perfectly portrayed a lady of elegance and grace. Did you know in 2011 she took a philanthropic trip to Africa alongside The Girl Effect, a movement to help young girls and families in poverty? She has also repeatedly been vocal in supporting the LGBT community, and was spotted marching in the Occupy protests in NYC a few months back!

In 2011, Olivia Wilde posed as the Evil Queen in "Snow White" for famous photographer Annie Leibovitz in a Disney-inspired photo shoot! But in real life, Olivia is far from evil, amiright??? She has been a huge voice for Haiti and recently debuted a documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival titled "Baseball in the Time of Cholera." The documentary reveals the effects of the cholera outbreak on a young Haitian athlete.

In another Annie Leibovitz photograph, Jessica Biel poses as Disney's Pocahontas. Both Jessica and Pocahontas are adventurous, thrill-seeking, and nature-loving to the max, so it comes as no surprise that in 2010, Jessica and a team climbed Mount Kilimanjaro! Yep, they climbed all 19,340 feet on a mission to raise awareness for clean water.
