It's about time Taylor Lautner tried his hand at comedies. The "Twilight" actor is reportedly going to be playing a "key, 'fun' role" in Adam Sandler's upcoming flick, "Grown Ups 2." The Hollywood Reporter has learned Lautner will go toe-to-toe with Sandler in the movie.
"The Judge" Gets A New Screenwriter
Deadline is reporting that Warner Bros has hired Bill Dubuque to write a new draft of "The Judge." The dramedy is set up as a starring vehicle for Robert Downey Jr., who plays a lawyer who returns home to find his estranged father is wanted for murder.
Kathryn Hahn And Josh Charles Join "Walter Mitty" Remake
Kristin Wiig and Ben Stiller just got two big costars for their upcoming remake of "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty." Deadline is reporting that Kathryn Hahn will play Stiller's sister in the flick and Josh Charles will play Wiig's ex-husband.
"The Tomb" Unearths Its Supporting Cast
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have acquired quite the supporting cast for their upcoming film "The Tomb." Variety is reporting that Amy Ryan, Vincent D'Onofrio, Vinny Jones and 50 Cent have joined the flick. Ryan will play the female lead and Stallone's potential love interest. D'Onofrio is in talks for the deputy director of the Prisons Bureau. Jones will play a villainous guard in the movie. No word yet on what role Fiddy will be playing.
"Skyfall" Catches One More Bond Girl
MI6 is reporting that Greek actress Tonia Sotiropoulou has landed a role as a Bond girl in "Skyfall." No details are known about her role except that it only takes place in the opening sequence of the flick.
Bradley Cooper Eyed For Jaume Collet-Serra's New Film
Vulture is reporting that Warner Bros has hired Jaume Collet-Serra, the planned director of the failed "Akira" movie, to direct the project "Here There By Monsters." The site goes on to say that Collet-Serra is looking at Bradley Cooper to play the leading role of John Paul Jones in the film.
