The almost-reigning king of Twitter, Justin Bieber, has a special tweet to share about Mark Wahlberg. No, it wasn't birthday wishes (though Marky Mark turned 41 yesterday), but it's about his new movie And charity. Yes, these two things do go together.

Mark's new movie,"Ted." which stars a Seth MacFarlane voiced Teddy Bear, will be hitting theaters June 29, and Mark is giving out some cool prizes. As JB tells tweets us:

'Kay, so Mark's put together a raffle (tickets are $2 each!) and the money goes to the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation, which helps better the lives of inner city kids. Justin's little link will take you to where you can buy tickets, and the raffle will be drawn June 18. The grand prize is pretty awesome: winner plus guest get tickets to the world premiere of "Ted" in Los Angeles, two VIP passes for red carpet access, and quality time with both Mark and Seth. Justin, thanks for the heads up so we could learn about this cool charity offer (and excellent experience for the winner)! And we loved you in that "Call Me Maybe" video, BTW! Speaking of which, did you catch our vid of President Obama "singing" your girl Carly's summer anthem? If not, keep your eyes peeled for when he "sings" either "Baby" or "Boyfriend" --  it'll depend on how the votes go! Which brings us to the all-important question: which song will  you vote for?
