Last week, we asked you to pick your top three favorite movies from the first half of 2013 in no particular order. Since today marks the official start to the second half of 2013, we thought it would be fun to take a look back at what those results were and how you voted.

5. "Fast & Furious 6"
Not only did they bring a tank, the crew led by Vin Diesel and Paul Walker brought a hell of a lot of people to the theaters to prove that a series can stay this good after six movies.

4. "Iron Man 3"
Marvel's entry for the summer may have been the big money earner, but it wasn't enough to top our reader poll, which went to another superhero.

3. "Spring Breakers"
The indie hit beat "Iron Man 3" by six votes, quite a feat considering the limited release and dark subject matter. But you know what they say, "Spring break foreverrrrrr."

2. "Star Trek Into Darkness"
The crew of the USS Starship Enterprise made a triumphant return, but it wasn't quite strong enough to take the top prize away from one alien being in particular.

1. "Man of Steel"
Superman earned his place as your favorite of the year so far by leaving his closest competition in the dust, beating "Star Trek Into Darkness" by over 2,000 votes.
