Kim Kardashian has a big heart for Kanye but she's also got one for other guys. Get you head outta the gutter! She wants to help Zeke Kendall, a young man in need of a heart transplant. She also gave her 16.7 million followers on Twitter the name of a great org that raises money for the medical cost of getting life-saving transplants.

Zeke was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and doctors want him to get a new heart. He is currently waiting to get one. Obvi this is not a donation that people can freely give, but there is another way to help. You see, medical bills can be expensive. The sad reality is that even if a compatible heart donor is found for someone who needs a new heart, patients like Zeke might not be able to afford the costs.

That's why the Children's Organ Transplant Association was born. It's been around since 1986 and helps families raise the funds needed in order to get transplants. And please keep in mind that all money goes to transplant-related expenses. If you donate to Zeke or someone else on the site, all the money will go to them, not to the Children's Organ Transplant Association.

There are other ways you can help the org, including volunteer work, or registering yourself as an organ and tissue donor. There are ways to make a difference in the lives of people like Zeke, and COTA gives you some great opportunities to help. Kim knows Zeke personally, but you don't need to know a person to be able to lend a hand. After all, it's the holidays!
