It may be Selena Gomez's b-day this weekend (July 22!), but that doesn't mean the singer and actress has been spoiling herself while getting ready for the big day. In fact, she's just been up to her usual kindhearted do-gooderness, along with her pop sensation BF, Justin Bieber.

Selena and Justin are over in New Zealand right now (I know, I know, you're all ready to hop on flights to there, huh?) and one of their stops was the Starship Hospital in Auckland. In other words, they took time out of their schedule to hang out with sick lil ones and brighten their day. Selena even wore a T-shirt with a big ol' smiley face on it. Awwwwwwwwww!

Starship is well known for its pediatric care, and Justin's been a big supporter of it. Since last fall he's been asking his fans to give money so they can help out the sick children Starship cares for. I don't have to tell you that medical costs can be all-around expensive!

After the bodacious couple hung out with the kids, Justin put on a surprise show for 200 fans on the waterfront in Auckland, which garnered a lot of talk. But, yeah, we gotta admit we're a lot more interested in his sweet hospital visit.  Is it any wonder that Justin and Selena were nominated as a couple for the 2012 Do Something Awards? I imagine the kids at the Starship Hospital are going to want the adorbs duo to win that nomination!
