"Awkward's" Jenna Hamilton Ashley Rickards is one hell of a do-gooder! When it comes to the topic of sex trafficking she is a fighter and using her voice for those who are voiceless. This week and this week only, Ashley teamed up with Sevenly to model and promote shirts that benefit the Somaly Mam Foundation!
According to mtvU's Against Our Will campaign website, there are between 12 and 27 million people worldwide who are estimated to be enslaved. I mean, this is hard to fathom. So lets break down for ya what Ashley is up to: When you purchase one of these beautiful Be Free shirts, the purchase will go towards rescuing young victims of sex trafficking in Cambodia. It seems incomprehensible that this is truly ongoing around the world, but sadly that is the sinister reality, and even happening right here in America.
On a brighter note, for the first 1,000 shirts sold, Sevenly's $7 donation will be doubled! Yep, you heard me right! So, ch-ch-checkkk out the shirts (as well as hoodies and tote bags!) Remember it's only this week that these items are available!

Ashely got involved with Somaly Mam after reading the founder's book, "The Road Of Lost Innocence." "I get goosebumps talking about it because she's absolutely my hero," she said about Somaly Mam and the foundation. For more on Ashley and her work with ending human trafficking watch the interview below. And don't forget to pick up a t-shirt!
