BaracksDubs -- the digital ventriloquist who can make Obama sing any pop song of our choosing -- has done it again!

A few weeks ago, he had Obama singing Carly Rae Jepson's "Call Me Maybe"; now he's gone and turned POTUS into a Belieber! Come November, Obama will be asking for your votes, but here and now, he just wants to be your "Boyfriend."
