You've got to hand it to One Direction: these boys are for real about helping the UK's Red Nose Day. In addition to coming out with a charity single, making vows of silence and baking cupcakes, these five blokes are encouraging their fans to upload their Red Nose Day pics.

If you need a quick catchup, Red Nose Day is happening on March 15, and it benefits Comic Relief. Why Comic Relief? Well, the org helps people in need who are living in the United Kingdom and Africa, and 1D has seen first hand the kind of difference this org makes.

Normally this comedy-inspired day doesn't get a whole lot of news overseas, but thanks to the British invasion known as One Direction, that might change this year. People all over the globe can upload their pics and get involved in efforts to help Comic Relief. The boys even have their own Tumblr dedicated to all things Red Nose Day.

Scrolling through the submissions, you can see people making Red Nose Day promises and putting on their own red noses. And, hey, wait, isn't this face familiar?

The boys def want to see what you've been up to, and they encourage One Directioners to send their pics in. As you listen 1D's charity rendition of "One Way Or Another," see what creative things you can do to help people living in poverty in the UK and Africa. Just don't throw a shoe at Harry's crotch.
