The ShortList, a new annual short film festival from TheWrap, has handed out its final prizes, and "Fishing Without Nets" took home the coveted Jury Prize.

The field of 12 finalists was broken down into three categories: fiction, documentary, and animation. "Finishing Without Nets," which tells the fictional story of Somali pirates, had previously won the jury award at Sundance.

"Catfish" and "Paranormal Activity 3" directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman were also recognized with a Special Mention for their doc "A Brief History of John Baldessar."
