Yesterday was World Humanitarian Day, which proved to be a big day out in Celebrityville, and we've got a collection of Tweets from your fave celebs!
Of course, we've got to start with Beyoncé, who was such a huge supporter of WHD and made more than one video about it. Sing it, B!
This World Humanitarian Day I'm doing something good, somewhere, for someone else. Join me! #WHD2012 #IWASHERE thndr.it/PkQDSm

Next, let's go check out what the Queen of Twitter, Lady Gaga, had to say about the big day. As a big-time philanthropist, of course the Lady had to get involved:
Please check whd-iwashere.org today for BEYONCE+the UN. They both support the message of "BORN THIS WAY" lets support in return!

All our beliebers out there will be happy to know that the Biebz also Tweeted about WHD. And of course he digs the UN -- his gf Selena Gomez is way involved with it through UNICEF.

Shakira sent out the following Tweet for all of us to see:

The UN was hoping for a billion people all coming together and doing something kind. And celebs certainly used their influence to get the word out! The theme of this year's WHD was "I Was Here," and Beyoncé debuted an "I Was Here" music video on Sunday. What'd you think of the video? What was your "I Was Here" experience yesterday? Let us know in the comments, or tweet us @MTVact!
