Happy Birthday, Demi Lovato! The singer and "X-Factor" judge is turning the big 2-0 today, not too long after fellow Disney star Selena Gomez hit the two decade milestone. We hope Demi's having a rockin' fun birthday today, and while we're not all lucky enough to be right in front of her to give her gifts, we can still "gift" her with these 5 things:
+ Remember to Vote!
With the election fast approaching, Demi got involved with Voto Latino, a group that works to get Latinos to the polls. You all know that voter apathy is a no-no. Demi starred in a PSA for Voto Latino, and you can make her proud by registering to vote and giving your say this November.
+ Skyscraper
Demi's had some emotional ups and downs, and she belts out a song about overcoming pain and criticism with "Skyscraper." The song includes these strong lyrics: "You can take everything I have/You can break everything I am/Like I'm made of glass/Like I'm made of paper/Go on and try to tear me down/I will be rising from the ground/like a skyscraper." It's been nominated at the VMAs for Best Video with a Message. Have you voted?

+ GoodSearch
If you're going to Google "Demi Lovato" today, we've got a better idea. Right around the time Demi was the co-host of the 2012 Teen Choice Awards, she sent out a Tweet (well, a Sweet Tweet, let's say) about GoodSearch. You can search for stuff there just like Google, but when you click to look something up, money is donated to your fave causes. Search on GoodSearch and make Demi proud!
+ Getting Help
Demi has been very open about her struggles with bipolar disorder, bulimia and self-harm. Part of the reason she talks about this is because she wants to help people with similar struggles. She shows that it's okay to get help, and also that recovery takes time. If you're struggling or know someone who is, check out Half Of Us, and stay strong!
+ Love is Louder
A post like this def wouldn't be complete without talking about Demi's commitment to Love is Louder! She's posed with the important "Love is Louder" slogan written on her hands for Seventeen Magazine, and has been a vocal supporter. On Demi's b-day, show her -- and the world -- that Love is Louder!
