Forbes has released its new list of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women" that not only includes world leaders and CEOs, but some of our fave media ladies. We wanted to spotlight the top five amazing women from this list who also happen to be celebs with big ol' philanthropic hearts.

+ Oprah

It should be no surprise that Oprah made it on this list. Ms. Winfrey came in at #11, and while she's good at making lots of money, she's also good at giving lots of it away to important causes. She started Oprah's Angel Network, which was able to raise millions of dollars to help people go to college. She's also a big helper of Habitat for Humanity, showing that while most of humanity loves Oprah, she loves them right back.

+ Lady Gaga

At 26, Lady Gaga is the youngest woman on the list. She ranked a little past Oprah at #14, though if this were a list of the most powerful women on Twitter, then Gaga would most def be at #1. Lady Gaga is an outspoken supporter of LGBT rights and of the right for people to just be themselves, so she started her own org, The Born This Way Foundation. Because you were born this way, baby.

+ Beyoncé

Beyoncé ranked at #32. Queen B is no stranger to humanitarian efforts, but her most recent and vast job has got to be her involvement with World Humanitarian Day. WHD just happened on August 19, and not only did Ms. Knowles make a PSA for it, but she also dedicated her video to "I Was Here" as United Nations' anthem for the day.

+ Jennifer Lopez

Singer, actress, former "American Idol" judge -- this Jenny has definitely been around the block with different careers. Listed as "Actress, Musician, Personality, Philanthropist," J. Lo came in at #38. When it comes to Jennifer Lopez's philanthropy, she's helped raise millions for healthcare in Latin America, become an ambassador for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and started her own org, The Lopez Family Foundation, to aid women and children.

+ Shakira

Drop down two more spots on the list, and you'll come to Shakira at #40. The Colombian singer has a soft spot in her heart for helping children, including getting involved with UNICEF. Last spring she Tweeted to help kids in Sahel, a region in Africa that's been suffering from a drought. Shakira also founded the Barefoot Foundation, which wants to make education accessible to kids and help break the cycle of poverty that some families live with.
