Diem Brown from "The Challenge" was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer for the second time. Her experience with cancer has led her to creating MedGift, an online medical gift registry and making the MTV web special "Surviving Cancer With Diem Brown," and now she's done an emotional photoshoot with People to show how she looks without hair.
Diem Tweeted:

"This is the very first time anyone has seen me bald," she reveals.
While Diem is vibrant and smiling during the interview in the video, she also admits that the photography session wasn't so easy.
"I was emotional," she says about the photoshoot. "It's that first time like ripping off that Band-Aid and you're doing it in front of people you don't know. And I think every woman that's ever been through chemo or cancer knows that feeling. It's that first time you allow somebody to see you vulnerable."
She also explains why she chose to do this. "Going through cancer the first time, and truly the second time, I've always wanted to Google Image bald women," she says. She points to Natalie Portman and Britney Spears as woman who have been bald, but the difference was that they chose to shave their heads and it wasn't a matter of losing hair because of chemo. They also weren't on all the medications Diem and other cancer patients are on. Diem wanted to Google Image pictures of beautiful, strong bald women who've lost their hair from chemo.
"So I wanted to kind of give images of strength, of beauty, of kind of owning the new you," she says. Let's give Diem a standing ovation for her beautiful, strong and powerful photoshoot!
