There are lots of people who might fight over who's the biggest Justin Bieber fan, but we all know Justin Bieber was the biggest Avalanna Routh fan. Avalanna, nicknamed Mrs. Bieber, was diagnosed with an atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, and sadly, she passed away last week.

AT/RT is an aggressive kind of cancer that has about a 10% survival rate and most people who get it only have a matter of months to live. Avalanna, who passed away at age six, had been battling it for more than five years. It's a sad fact that AT/RT is usually diagnosed in very small children, so it's not like Avalanna's youth was an abnormality in this.

However, Avalanna did beat the odds by making it as long as she did. Besides becoming Justin's idol (and getting plenty of cute pictures with him) the brave little girl was also spotlighted at the Stand Up To Cancer telethon. The mass for "Mrs. Bieber" was held on Saturday, and the same day Justin Tweeted:

Big day today. Tonight is for my angel. #mrsbieber

After his concert he Tweeted:

Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u.I love u

We might not all be able to dedicate concerts to Avalanna, but if the little girl touched your heart, we have some ideas for you as today is #RememberAvalannaDay on Twitter. So below are some ways you can remember this amazing girl who touched thousands of hearts.

+ Donate to Stand Up To Cancer.

By funding cancer research, we get closer to finding cures for cancers like AT/RT. You can also rest peacefully knowing that 100% of public funds go straight to research grants. One person dies from cancer every minute, but SU2C works to "accelerate innovative cancer research that will get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now." You can watch ST2C's video on Avalanna below. Warning: have tissues at hand as it's hard not to tear up watching this beautiful girl light up the screen.

You can get updates and give support. This could be good if you can't afford to donate but still want to do something. So follow @Avalanna. This Twitter account gives updates on what's going on, but it also gives motivational words of wisdom, like, "There is no foot too small that it cannot make an imprint on this world." Despite her small size, Avalanna left a big imprint.

+ Get involved with The Art of Elysium.

The Art of Elysium has programming in L.A. and New York and it asks artistic people like musicians and artists to hang out with lil ones facing serious illnesses. The kids get to take part in fun, artistic workshops. If you can't volunteer because you don't live in the area (or if the arts aren't your thing) you can donate new or used costumes, musical instruments or books to lighten up the days of children in hospitals.
