So what are you doing for the 4th of July? The beach? BBQing? Perhaps directing a music video for Sigur Rós? OK, so you can't direct a naked Shia LaBeouf since the band has already done that, but we're pretty sure you have other good ideas for a music vid, right?

You see, Talenthouse gives you opportunities to connect with your fave musicians by actually working on projects together. This summer they've featured awesome opportunities to work with P!nk, K'NAAN and Ed Sheeran, who also happens to be MTV's Push Artist of the week. And now, they want you to work with Sigur Rós!

Here are the deets: The band has a new album called Valtari and they're getting creative with it, asking filmmakers to make original music videos for each track off the album. Yeah, that's how we got the infamous Shia vid. Oh and they're also providing a small budget to make your music vid idea come to life!

The band wants directors to take inspiration from their music and create a video with no creative input from the band, aside from the music itself. Cool, right? The music video will be ALL YOU! You have till September 10 to get your epic, avant garde video turned in. If your vid's good enough, people will be able to watch it on Sigur Rós's website. Plus you'll win $5,000! Remember: no naked Shia but we know you'll have something else up your sleeve...like perahps a naked Zac Efron? We kid, we kid!
