*Sigh* Jennifer Lopez's Dance Again World Tour has officially come to an end... BUT, in major J.Lo fashion she did it in a big way with her "Gangnum Style" dance moves in tow!

Before spending Christmas with family back on the block, she wrapped her first every world tour in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where Jennifer along with her beautiful fam decided to participate in a charity Football game benefiting the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Jennifer and her sexy dancers matched up against her "Follow The Leader" song mates, reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel, who shared the stage with J.Lo during her final show. Obvi Jennifer was looking beyond beautiful in a red jersey and mini white shorts -- I think we all can agree this smokin' hot momma keeps on getting better with age.

And get this! All while the goddess played ball on the field, her cute twins were on the sideline selling lemonade for charity. I mean, the cuteness factor is out of the roof. The fun continued as everyone rushed the field dancing to PSY's mega-hit, "Gangnum Style"!

She deserves a break full of rest and sleep -- but we wouldn't mind if she took a few stops into the studio to record new music...
